Pilot project to increase the proportion of digitalization in physiotherapy training –

In today's times, the importance of digitalization has never been higher. The education in the field of physiotherapy is affected by an existing shortage of teachers as well as by the circumstances of the current corona situation. Due to an often missing academization, the international comparison seems questionable. 

It is therefore all the more important to provide young people who are eager to learn with access to a high-quality education and to prepare them in the best possible way for professional life. With its physiotherapeutic, evidence-based content, Medplattform® offers the optimal solution to dissolve current problems into thin air. The latest teaching content, which is made available in the form of specialist videos, 3D animations, images, specialist texts, performance quizzes, etc., can be used to support classroom teaching. At the same time, it is possible for some training content to be taught or queried in its entirety digitally.

We are happy that politicians also recognize the high relevance of this topic and see Medplattform® as a strong partner to turn current challenges into positive ones.

From the beginning of 2022, Medplattform® will accompany physiotherapy classes in North Rhine-Westphalia with a specially developed concept in training. The entire team is eager to tackle this wonderful pilot project as a pioneer and to implement it successfully.
